How awesome would it be if there was a chainsaw in Dayz where it reacts like the one in L4D2 but having to refuel it with a Jerry can, i can see the good side of it and the bad side... the bad side would be you'd have to get to the zombies face to face to kill them and also the noise factor... But the good thing would be when the standalone has the walking around hoards, you would be able to run through them.

What if to log off and keep your items you would have to pitch a tent and click save location or put down a sleeping bag, that would fix all the alt F4'ers and would enhance the survival aspect of the game as is, it's just an idea to also prove the in-game mechanic of logging off.

I actually meant your character spawns with a disposable sleeping bag or a tent

What if we had an in-game notepad that we can use to write notes on where people's camps are or the co-ordinates of camps found and then when killed the bandit or who ever kills the player is able to read those notes and steal them away, or any sort of notes on guns a supply cache or some sort of in-game friends

Why not have a quick way of going down the ladder by having the command to slide down it and make the trip down a lot quicker, what do you guys think

How about we have infected animals that will charge at you and attack, that would scare the living soul off people and if people decide to eat the meat they themselves would be effected and would need antibiotics. In another case people can set the animals as a trap so if another player guts it and eats the meat they will become almost poisoned with the infection. That would be an interesting aspect to the game.

Birds and maybe the addition of bats into the game would be great

So this happened when we were playing normally the 3 of us then these admins decide to ban us for finding their hacked in car... i mean you would think that everything is fair game but apparently not with these guys because they use god mode then they kick people... now that's just not fun... here's what happened in the video

This guy has been going through all Aussie/New Zealand servers and hacking all the vehicles and making those big structures and bragging about never being globally banned please ban this guy he is ruining the game for the people that wanna play with no interruption or cheating. (i also had to cut the screen shot because there's a 500 kb limit?)

Are you mental? he was spawning in vehicles and had a soldier uniform... im pretty sure he was a hacker :)
