I understood everything you said but why would zombies be able to climb ladders? Also, I think people would like to make a safe house or create a home base. I think more people should comment on this.

Super annoying that zombies can climb LADDERS! WTF? stairs yes, but zombies should not be able to climb ladders. Also does every little house need to have zombies around it? No. OK, something that I think allot of people would agree would be cool. Whats if you could stumble upon a open house and "claim" it as your safe house? This would work as if you find a vacant house you could lock the door and store supplies in it and only you would have access to the house.(much like a bank in other games) The door would unlock after the player ether dies or is inactive in the game for 7days or such.
