So much replies. Holy crap .__. Well thanks for the information. I'm new to both the mod and the forums. I've played the mod twice..the last time I played it some jerk purposely ran me over with a car, and after that I haven't played since. But I've been thinking of playing again. Glad to know there will still be updates..I'm eager to see how the standalone will be.
I was thinking about that as well. I was just reading about the new things ArmA III will have and wow! It's a lot of improvements. But still..I'm still curious as to how this whole stand alone thing will work out. Will people that play the mod now stay or will they buy the stand alone? So many questions, can't find any answers ~.~
Okay, I think it's a good idea that it will become a game on it's own so that people don't have to buy ArmA CO but what will happen to the people that are currently playing DayZ with ArmA CO? The game becomes a stand alone but what will happen to the mod? Would current players have to buy the game when it's released to keep playing or what? How exactly is this going to work out?
