The combat log change is nice, but I'm not sure it really solves the issue without actually creating more in the process, for example, what happens if someone looses connection, gets client kicked due to no response, or even gets booted by a server for high ping (some servers, Orcon for example, have limited their ping so low that even rural players here in NZ aren't able to play for long as it is already). Is this more of a band aid for the problem until standalone or is this going to be how it is, I hope not, I'm thinking the body should persist for a time instead of actually killing the player outright (as someone has already mentioned. Keep up the awesome work anyway team, looking forward to the advent of standalone.

I was a victim of that asshole and his kent bum chum mate on the same server today at the same time, sociopaths never cease to dissappoint, I'd been alive for 5 days also. Just when I thought those little assholes had focused on school again, boy was I wrong in thinking they would ever get bored. Edit: That look suspiciously like the motorcycle I found legit, had flames and all, that and the ATV I pinched from a scripter camp the other night went missing, but for some reason they didn't take my tractor... wasn't full repaired though.

I'm a hero in a half-shell, got me a Hero Skin and so much humanity that I can be a killer for a while and still shine in the sunlight.

I've actually seen a decline in the last week or so, but school holidays have just ended so that could be a reason. The servers I usually play on are usually frequented by the same toads every day, so you know when to leave because they're brazen enough to keep the same name (either brazen or just really fucking stupid), but in the last week they haven't been seen at all, the ping requirement has been lowered to a max of 100ms where I play now and that seems to keep them away as most of them are from over seas (burnt bridges in their own countries servers, so target others) I really hope they have just become bored of being total pains in the ass, they have managed to kill a lot of peoples interest until standalone is released, it can't be fun not having full servers to mess with, oh and black ops 2 is about to hit, so they might disappear altogether.

Minding my own business tonight on a solo adventure out to the NW Airfield on NZ 01 for a bit of raiding of loot, I stumbled upon something..... freaky: http://imgur.com/a/IeKDr#0 Someone (or thing, they tend to be sub-human in my honest opinion) has been getting creative, to be honest, I was kind of shitting myself just venturing in there to check it out. Anyone else come across something like this? I've heard of people scripting in buildings before, but I never really believed it until I saw this monstrosity with my own eyes. This person is correct OP, it's an insult to people who can actually hack to call these girls hackers, call them "skiddies", you know, the trail left behind in a pair of undies when someone doesn't wipe their bum bum properly, it's a copy/paste procedure, that's all. This game is too difficult for the likes of these teen trolls (and the occasional man child), so they resort to taking it out on people to compensate for the difficulties they themselves are not capable of ever overcoming, they're just getting in their fill before the advent of Black Ops 2 in a few weeks, then you'll see a drop and then the stand alone will arrive.

No it's a lie, nothing in game asfik does this, unless specifically initiated by the toad using scripts they bought from some anon script writer. They seem to be desperately trying all sorts of tricks to "scare" legitimate players, just ignore them, it's the fast approaching smell of the stand alone coming in less than 2 months that seems to be driving them to hack as much as they can to "get their fill".

I have a fairly thick skin when it comes to hack... err skiddies, I've made a game out of it and change my name to bait them, then I fraps the shit out of what they do and actively chase them around the server and go too their last known location (is it just me, or do they have a hard on for Electro?) I've actually made a few give up and leave the server by doing this, makes me smile, but alas even that gets boring so it's private hive time for me They have stalled activity to a degree on some servers for sure, but to be honest I could care less what they do, should never get attached to your gear or character in this game. Just wait, the standalone should start to deal with the downturn, I for one refuse to be swayed by untalented COD kids scripting, because distance and bullet drop is too hard to figure out.

I'd rather play at night to be honest, more immersion, but yeah there are some servers that are hard to see on even after fiddling with brightness/gamma and HDR settings.
