I'm a lefty, but play right handed. If you put a mouse in my left hand I'm completely unable to use it. Interestingly enough the same applies with frisbees, bowling balls, and scissors (weird I know). In real life I had to learn to shoot right handed since my right eye is dominant. I can't hit anything shooting left handed because I can't focus right.

If you must spawn with a weapon I'd suggest you make it something weaker than a FN FAL. It knocks out a player with one shot. This is purely speculation, but since FN FAL ammo can only be (rarely) found at crash sites, I'm sure it could encourage PvP since everyone would be carrying ammo for it. -
If the food system get's revamped then the transfusion system should also be overhauled. Otherwise lone wolfs are being harmed while group players play just as they always have.

The hotel's lobby. It's the classiest place in Chernarus I can think of, so why not leave a steaming pile on the check in desk to welcome visitors? -

If it's a lone tent, I'll take a peek and if I need anything I'll take it or sometimes I'll trade supplies. However, if I find a camp with multiple tents/vehicles I become ruthless. I take what I want, destroy the vehicles, take the remaining one, flatten the tents, and drive away. It's the single best way for a solo player to deal a major blow to a clan or group. If I don't need anything I'll just mark the tent on my map, and walk away. -

Humanity only regenerates up to 2500. You have to work at being a hero.

I've been using a FN FAL and it's great. It's not a gun I'd normally use, since the ammo's terribly rare, but I found one with 10 mags and I love using it.

It's possible to play this mod solo. I can survive for weeks, alone, armed with only a hatchet. This game requires patience.

Why would there be wingsuits randomly strewed about a post-Soviet country? Also do you mean an ordinary wingsuit or a jet powered one? Either way it just seems a little out of place for this game. EDIT: orlok basically said exactly what I said in a much more eloquent fashion.

Yeah, I realized that you could do this today. The function had been bugged on the Taviana server I've been playing on. I don't feel it's very authentic, but it sure is convenient.

I think Taviana is my new favorite map. It's just really well done in my opinion. There's a lot of interesting things, lots of lootable buildings, and the highway system is great.

You don't fill your jerry cans at the pumps, you refill jerry cans at the big, rusty fuel tanks. The only fuel tanks I can think of off the top of my head is at the gas station in Krasnozamensk (sp?). It's on the south island. If you take a right coming off the bridge it's the first thing you see coming in to town.

Yes of course. Spending a $1000 is completely comparable to changing a few settings for free. I never thought about doing this, because I never figured it would have a noticeable effect. The fps isn't much better, but it just feels smoother, there's less lag, and I can alt+tab out faster.

Maybe you shouldn't call yourself bandits if you don't partake in bandity activities. It might cause some confusion.

They just don't fit with the feel of the game. There's no opportunity to interact with an NPC. The only AI in the game should be the zombies. Everything else should be about player interaction.
