This title is extremely misleading. Almost every feature has discussed, possibly confirmed, nothing concrete tacked on to the end. Rumored/Possible features would be a more appropriate heading.

If you aim well you won't need quite a few rounds to kill someone with a 5.56 rifle. It will if you fire off full auto, but if you use cover, catch your breath, and aim you will only need a few rounds to drop someone. Weapon stats should not be manipulated in order to force people to play one way or another. I never touch sniper rifles, but I like the game exactly how it is with AS50s and M107s. If you keep dying to snipers either change your tactics or get better.

If there's satchel charges in any of the tents I hope you send the base sky high.

I got my first and only heli from NE. But on Balota Buddies I tend to avoid NEAF. It might be the hottest pvp spot on the map.

I've kept a character alive for ~47 days I think. I spent most of the time scavenging and killing zombies, but I did eventually fix up a littlebird and ran a little taxi service before being shot down by a huey. I escaped that attack, but eventually succumbed to a staircase.

I was blindly running about on the outskirts of Elektro on my way to a couple of tents that always seemed to be well stocked. I was running along the tree line on sniper hill when I almost ran into a group of three players (a survivor, a bandit, and a ghillie). I quickly ducked behind a tree and waited to catch my breath. I was maybe 10 meters behind them. I was pretty sure the wookie with an AS50 saw me run past, but he must have thought he was seeing things, because he turned his back towards my tree and went back to examining the city. Anyways, I was armed with an AKM. Once I had caught my breath and realized that they were setting up to snipe the town, and not go in for supplies I decided to strike. I leaned out from around the tree caught the sniper in the head and then opened up full auto on the other two players. I killed the three players in roughly five seconds and none of them had a chance to get a shot off. In my entire time in DayZ leading up to then I had only killed 2 people. After I looted and hide the bodies I ran off and had to take a break, because my heart was pounding so hard.

It sounds like they're a bandit group anyways, so I don't think anything will change, so I say keep playing. If nametags are turned off they'll be just like every other person that KOS. I think they were just being dramatic.

I think you're going to have to join a server with a strong, stable community and then go out and earn a reputation and become noteworthy one way or another.

I think doors, stairs, and rocks kill me more often than zombies.

I think it'd be interesting to have one, maybe two of these placed on the map. A special building of sorts and they have the chance to spawn anything (except guns. I don't think anyone stores guns in a storage unit like this).
