DayZ in real life So for Christmas 2012, I thought I would surprise a friend of mine with some real life DayZ loot. We are both quite addicted to the game. I searched the internet for as much of the real stuff as I could find. I tried to get authentic items that are actually in the game. Arma2 today update BTW. Right there in commander

Yeah the snow got to be a bit much and was replaced for adjusted weather, which means it is mostly clear, and rains once and a while, not all the time like most vanilla servers.....no fog, and a 3000m view distance too!!!

Hahahaha What's DayZ without getting creeped out man!!! Point taken on the AI's but what the admin is trying to do is make Chernarus how it might be if this is a few days or weeks after the outbreak. The heli's flying overhead are there to stop people from leaving the "quarantine" zone a.k.a. Chernarus as the military is still up and active to some extent. As far as how tough the AI are, its randomized, but usually when i encounter them, you hear them shoot zombies first which gives their position away and if you are sneaky enough, you can out flank them and take them down no problem. I dont think they are too hard. They are just right. So sorry some stuff takes you our of the atmosphere you desire, but that stuff is there to create a specific atmosphere. It's all been added on purpose. You know? (sounds better in my head haha)

And all the extra buildings (400+) are in the database so there isnt any lag! Beef is right though, the dogs are awesome.....so nice when I dont there is evil AI around, the dog will bark and go eat them haha

I have played on this server and it is fun. Snow is falling, there are like 400 extra buildings, AI galore, bases.....I love it, this is my new home server!!!
