Basically, my friend and I found a ural and attempted to fix it. (Which we 90% succeeded at<3) But, here's the problem... Its missing its two front tires. (I've noticed in videos it usually always is.) So we put two new ones on. After we put the new ones on it took the option away but the tires are still not on the vehicle and when you get it the "whl" or w.e its called on that thing is red.. any help? I cant seem to figure out whats happening. (And if its obvious I'm sorry. This is actually my first vehicle I'm helping repair, And my frist vehicle I've ever repaired for that matter.)

It was red. and the thing in the vehicle said it needs to be fixed.. and the wheels aren't on the vehicle even though we put them both on..
