Has anyone actually tested alt f4'ing whilst in combat to verify what happens? Ive tried it once, and i wasnt being shot at it was my shots out in the forest alone that put me into the combat timer. I tried it out, re logged the program and came back as a fresh spawn.

Yep WW1 wiped out a mass amount of German Shepherds which was still a new breed for the time, part from using them like this.

when im running from point A to point B it is always nice to have 3rd person and alt held. keeping my head on a swivel.

Growls, screams, and the sound of a mob all behind me as I am running through town. No one anywhere close except for the undead hot on my tail. As I lose some around the wall, I gain others close by. Armed with only my M9 and 7 rounds, I make a split second decision to take refuge inside of a coffee shop. Running up the stairs, I hear over a dozen coming in after me. Knowing i wouldnt be able to take them all on, I quickly log out and join back in. As I am re-entering into this virtual hell I realise the coffee shop is completely empty. Logging out had made them disappear, leaving me alone and able to continue on my journey. What is your take on "Zombie Logging" and does it rank up there with Combat Logging? Im interested in peoples opinion on this certain 'strategy' so to speak on losing the undead.

Ive set up shop in a Private hive with a few buds of mine. Im currently on day 15 with 30+ murder/bandit kills. At this point after killing a few people in the clan that owns the server and being broadcasted as KoS to everyone in the server by the admin i say bring it on peeps. ;)

By doing this you are creating the victim. You should try doing something harder, like seeing what happens when you dont kill them. Killing fresh spawns is probably the easiest way to handle them. one of those deaths i had that day was pretty funny for me actually. I ran into a house in cherno as a freshy. been alive maybe 30 seconds, and only had a bandage. upon running in i see two guys with snipers on their backs and their secondaries out. I dont start blasting FRIENDLY FRIENDLY, i just casually say " whats up fellas, hows today going for you?" the guy with the makarov then shoots at me, connecting maybe 3 out of the whole mag. This obviously does hardly anything and made his friend tell him to stop shooting at me. Now i am saying "why are you shooting? now people know youre here. im not a threat bud. I then bandage successfully which is answered with more makarov rounds blasting towards me. this time 3 mags in i still have 7k blood and am not bleeding. on his 4th mag he finally breaks my legs and the whole time im trying to reason with the guy about how irrationally stupid this is. I then crawl out of the building while both of them start unloading the rest of their secondaries at me FINALLY killing me once the other guy spent two PDW mags around my body. Things like that have no justification and are the main reason why i think people who blatently kill fresh spawns dont see the bigger picture.

Although it may not be a complete fix, when someone Alt F4's while in combat they will come back dead every time. It is a Instant death. The downside is that they will not have a body left over to loot.

Hmm. Have you ever been repeatedly killed while being a newspawn? Im sure this would change your opinion, I joined a new private hive a few days ago to give it a whirl since it was full, and 4 deaths later off the coast with little kids laughing after displaying terrible aim i remembered what was so messed up about it. The only ones who do it are shitty IMO. also thats just what ive noticed.

You don't put enough thought into it, I completely disagree on that being the best thing to go by.

How is the server? texas based is good im out of texas too. Good population? is it a private or public hive?

Couple good servers are Deadly Gaming, and another called La Cantina. The latter is always full so watch yourself. they are both public hives.

Sorry for wording the title wrong. They do have the same iron sight, but which weapon is preferred.
