Like the idea, but maybe the Zeds go dormant in a ragdoll position than curled up. Could also place ragdoll dead map objects, which would make it harder to spot the real Zeds from the dead objects.

No to penalizing or even pros/cons for being bandit or hero. The penalty should come from within the game, i.e. the survivors group together and form a police group or other groups that actively hunt down bandits, known sniping locations etc. As long as there are weapons (of any kind) there will be pvp.

Yes to the alan wake door mechanic. Except doors in AW swing both ways to aid in fast door opening while running from the taken.

Not calling it a hippy server at all, calling the people who moan about bandits and want everyone to be friendly to each other as hippies, as the game would not be so interesting and get boring pretty soon. Also, it does not mean I KOS. -

Kill for food,water,meds mainly but I have also helped out others if I was able to. Also mainly kill people travelling in group rather than single individuals. -

I would like more differentiation between the damage of various weapons, rather than pistols/shotguns and rifles have same damage as currently.

So you suggest adding a nuclear power plant into the map. Still nuclear reactors have built in safeties, and unless physically damaged, as seen in Japan, should not leak radiation. Also, I don't think any soldier would be stupid enough to fire on a nuclear reactor, unless it is a full scale war between nations and even then as a last resort before defeat situation.

Yeah with base building being introduced, i can imagine piles of bodies outside or on access route to a base.

It would work, but players (with lots of gear) would be expected to keep a map in real life and mark on it rather than use in game map. So not sure how if it would achieve what you describe in your post. The current in game map would have to be really outdated/old/not updated with new roads and buildings etc. in order for players to mark the relatively large quantity of new information on it rather than the offline map.

Putting away your weapon will be the only sign, as any other will be used by bandits as well. -

Should have been a remove all together option. I would like to know how many people have achieved a vehicle kill with that thing. A HMG to replace it would at least be better than the options. -

Prop planes, para gliders etc have been discussed before. There are only two airfields on the current map and snipers with as50 would be shooting at you during take off and landing. Helicopters are more versitile for the Cherno and Lingor map anyway.

I guess the problem can be solved by spawning most/half (I don't know) the military grade weapons in random areas, i.e. not in buildings but in grasslands/forests etc where the soldiers became infected.
