gpu, would be the bottleneck, I wouldnt think you'd be able to play on this setup. i recommend building a new computer(edit: forgot to put intel) from scratch or buying a decent graphics card(anything over 75 bucks should run arma 2 fine) with a new graphics card the game would run alright.

all acers look the same, what processor do you have?

Acer Aspire 7750 AS7750-6458 should run it fine, it's under 600 bucks. I would recommend buying a desktop so it can be upgraded later though

zombies and loot work the exact same way, but you can take the loot out of the loot spawn spot, and run away 30+ meters and it should re-spawn again

if you actually spawn in at any of those places, the loot will disappear within a 30 meter radius

it should run smooth on max at 1920*1080 with that setup

this sounds fun, but it would be hard. How would you prove someone is guilty? fraps? and the only crimes would be murder(mostly this one) and theft pretty much

I don't think an admin can ban you from battleye.

My group of friends had several base locations and supplies on US 810, one night we discovered an area full of tents. We took the most valuable loot and ran over the remaining tents with our van. I know this isn't the most ethical thing to do, but it happens. We ran into the owner of the base on the way out; a group member of ours was shot off the back of a motorcycle shortly afterwards. I found the nearest road in our van and went as fast as I could. I hid the van in some trees and listened for any other vehicles approaching; after about 5 minutes the server shut down. The server will come on at random times early in the morning for a few hours, then shut off. I just want to know if this kind of behavior is permitted.
