Hey, I am a bit younger than most players, but I am as mature. I have Eastern Standard Time and live in the U.S too. I usually like to try to help people. If possible night servers are more fun to me but I don't have and don't need NVGs. Flaring up Cherno and Elektro is really fun and it is awesome to see people's reactions. I almost always draw with a reference pulled up on my computer, trying complex things (like a survivor or bandit) directly out of my mind is almost impossible. That's something I have to work on.

Lets face it. if there was a zombie outbreak finding a vehicle would be like looking for hay in a hay stack, literally. Highways or major roads would be the home to hundreds or even thousands of abandoned cars. However, gas would be scarce and so would car parts, but I have thought of something that could be something to add into the DayZ Standalone. Gas Siphoning Kits In the modern day, some people, mostly thieves, have a gas siphoning kit, this kit is used to take or steal gas out of another. The user inserts the tube into the gas tank and sucks in, then places the other end of the tube into his or her gas tank, stealing the others gas. Spawning: This item will have a medium to low spawn rate in certain building throughout the map, the kit will take up 2 inventory slots. The player will be able to steal gas from either other players cars or the cars along the roads. That is the next thing I want to talk about. Vehicles and Abandoned Cars If a zombie outbreak were to happen as you read this, people would probably freak out, crash their cars or get out and run. In the standalone, I would like to see that the roads from Cherno to Elektro could contain any number of abandoned cars. All of these cars could be driven, but most of them would be out of gas or broken to no return. These cars will have no use-able gas, but if you have a gas siphoning kit you could manage to draw out about a half of a jerry can or if you are lucky, one entire jerry car. If you have a toolbox you could also attempt to dissemble parts of the car, if they are still use-able. New Toolbox Action If you wanted to try to get an engine from a car with a toolbox you could, but it would take you about 2 minutes of you inactive. Also since you aren't a car specialist, you only have a 25-50 percent chance of getting the part without completely destroying it. Also on the topic of car parts, those just spawning in cities and building would be decreased greatly, since how many people would keep an engine in their kitchen? Looking forward to the standalone! I think that ghillie suits should be change just a little and hunter clothing and hunter shacks should be added in. Hunter Shacks We all know those random shacks in the middle of the open fields, maybe those shacks could become Hunter Shacks. These building could have a very small chance of spawning hunter clothing or a downgraded version of the ghillie suit. The Hunter Clothing would be a ghillie suit at its head to waist, below that should be camo pants. The spawn rate of these should be the spawn rate of camo clothing and a ghillie suit combined then divided by 2. Ghillie Suits Ghillie suits that spawn in military spawns should be as they are, but when in first person, the very top of your screen should be dark due to the over hang of the ghillie suit. The spawn rate shouldn't change but the areas where they could spawn should be decreased.

I have found some graphic cards but I'm not sure if they are any good. I want to be able to play Dayz at a moderate set up, the set up I had people that were about 500 meters away were stick-figures. (not joking at all) By moderate settings I would want the following to be able to be set like this: Shadows: Low/Medium/Off Terrain: Medium Object Detail: Low (Not sure what this does, items on the ground? Item in hand?) Hey Community of DayZ! After playing DayZ for sometimes at some of the lowest setting, I decided to invest in a new graphics card since my current one is old and a piece of crap. Currently from a distance, a player is just a stick figure. (about 200 meters) I am looking for a graphics card myself, but I really don't know one that could run DayZ with some high/medium graphics, but I also don't want a real pocket emptier. So if you guys could maybe give me some ideas about it or lead me towards some deals, I would love it! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE REPLYING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been playing this game for sometime and finally got tired so going lone-wolf, Whenever I play lone-wolf I always end up dying due to teams taking me out. So I decided to try to create a squad.... I have noticed that most squads are 16 and up, I want to make a squad with an age limit. This squad is a 15 and younger, however, there are a few requirements, 1. You have to be mature, if you have a few moments where you aren't I don't care, I do it myself sometimes. 2. You should have a basic knowledge of this game. 3. Skype or Teamspeak maybe needed 4. At least know where most of the places are on the map and in the game itself. This really isn't a requirement, I would just like to know that you guys could be able to get a gun or some gear within a few minutes of respawning. I don't care if you not that active or sometimes active, but be on often enough the you keep up with the upgrades of gear. Chernarus Coastal Squad We fight! We survive! We are the CCS! We play on U.S 2318 server and already have some really decide gear after finding multiple dead bodies and random vehicles. Our squad consists of three members so far and I hope to get at least 2 or 4 more players.
