    Hyperthermia and Hypothermia

I did have a matchbox, I got rid of it because of the lack of room. What i don't understand is when i first made the suit which was a day before it was raining and i was "HOT" for the entire time. That's why i thought i didn't need matches and i could disregard that i could get hypothermia.

    Hyperthermia and Hypothermia

Well for one, i was in a vehicle which apparently doesn't count as being indoors so that got me to freezing quick whilst i went searching for matchboxes in 3 separate towns, switching clothes didn't help including pants, top and taking off the Ghillie suit so your wet blanket argument is invalid. Also whilst I was hyperthermic I had to lie down in a pond for a good 10 minutes just to get out of "OVERHEATED" even then I was still "HOT" and quickly went back to overheated in a matter of minutes. Whilst i was hyperthermic I never sprinted i tried to stay still for long periods of time nothing helped but the pond. That is way too severe
  3. Has anyone else found these to be a little too severe? I mean I just got a Ghillie suit and found out that it is extremely hot, so i battled hyperthermia (heat) for a good hour or two, the best i got was "HOT" which was alright but then it started to rain and then all of a sudden I get Hypothermia (Cold) and die within 30 minutes. Is there no even ground for this? I thought that if i'm always "OVERHEATED" in a Ghillie suit surely i'll be fine when it starts raining. Apparently not. Am i the only one who has thought that this is way too severe?

Another Quick Update 5 December 2013

After the last video devblog I was actually thinking, it would pretty cool if they had holsters for pistols and surely enough it's added in. Great work!
  6. Hello guys, I'm new to playing Day Z I've only played for roughly a week and i am looking for 1-4 people to play it with as it is not as fun by yourself. I live in Australia so I'll only play with people living in Australia or New Zealand. For a Newbie I know a fair bit of the game as i have been waiting to get it for a month or so. I don't want anyone who is a bandit or specifically looks for players to kill, to me it takes the fun out of the game I'd rather achieve my looting goals by finding the goods myself. I want someone who is no older then 18 and no younger then 14 to join me as i'd rather play with people around the same age as me. Age: 16 Name: Daniel Microphone: Yes it is an alright microphone, if it becomes an issue i'll buy a new one. Quickly. Internet Connect: Fast, though like twice a week it can cut out for a few seconds. Skill: As i said i know a fair bit about the game I've watched a lot of Videos and read a lot of information. Vacancy: As it is school holidays for this week i'll be on quite a lot. That being said i do work so Weekends i'm pretty busy. Computer: I just got this new computer completely for gaming and new accessories so frame-rate/lag/crashing issues won't be of any problem. What you would like to achieve: I'd like to find enough goods to sustain me inland and then make sorta of like a base using tents, sandbags, wire-fencing and tank blockades along with some sort of vehicle. Then much later locate a helicopter.
