    for navigating servers, I recommend using DayZ commander, since it allows you to see if the server you are attempting to join is official or not. Basicaly, there are two types of servers out there. Official servers, which are connected to the central Hive. On these ones, your character will carry over between servers. Then, there are unofficial servers or private hives. These ones are not linked to the central hive, which means that your character is bound to that server.

    Location: France Age: 23 Steam username: Lord_Seraphim51 Where did you hear about us? My friend, Kobayashi told me about you. We were looking for a group and he found you. How often do you play video games? Daily. What kind of games do you most enjoy playing? Shooters for the most part but i have a tendency to play a lot of simulators (ArmA being one of them, I played ArmA long before i played DayZ) What do you expect to get out of joining the Resistance? Meeting new players and playing in an organised group which would actually give me a goal in this game. What made you choose this community over any other organized community? First of all, you seem to be well organised and a community of serious gamers while still keeping in mind the fun aspect of any game. Were you ever a member of any previous Clans/Guilds/Communities? If so, which? Why did you leave? no What other kinds of hobbies do you have? I'm also a guitar player. Anything else you'd like us to know? Nothing that comes to my mind
