User Name: Pyranos_Grigsby is my DayZ and TS name (I also have Skype and Vent) Age: 26 Anything else that may help: I have been playing DayZ for a few months now and I have been looking for a group to join for a while. I know the map fairly well and I like to hang around up near Berezino. Not many people go up there and its a good place to get lost in since the NE part of the map is not well traveled. I know my way around Cherno, but I don't like to hang around Elektro since lots of people go there to snipe. I have a base camp on a server in a remote location. I have had the tent up for about three weeks and it has not been touched. I can follow orders well and I have experience leading people in EVE Online. I try to get online as much as I can, but sometimes life gets in the way, as it does with most people sometimes. *EDIT* I have found a clan to join. Thank you for the consideration.

I managed to pick up TS3 and was able to connect, but who should I talk to about recruitment? I saw several people online in a separate room, but I wasn't sure if I could join in on that channel.

I am looking for a clan to join. I was wondering how big your clan was and if you are using TS2 or TS3.

Do you guys normally play on one server? Is it TS2 or 3 that you have?

Hello to all the respective clans out there that are looking for people. I am in the market to join a clan that is on either side of the spectrum. I am up for some banditry or helping out other players. I have played the game for a couple of months now and I have the layout down. I am just a bit bored with trying to link up with people in the game because it is really risky and I have not had much success with it. All in all, I am a pretty laid back guy who wants to join up with a clan and try out some new things. If your clan is looking for someone that is level headed and knows his way around, then I am your guy. Like I said, I am just looking for a clan to join. I don't care if you help people out or go around looking for people to kill, I just want to find a group to play with. Safe hunts, everyone. I know my way around Cherno and Berezino, thought I tend to steer clear of Elecktro just because it is hotly contested. Made a few attempts and joining up with some random people or taking people out.

I was looking around for some information on this but I have been having trouble finding anything on it. All I was wondering is if I can download another map for DayZ, say Lingor or Panthera, and still be able to play on the regular Chernarus map. Does a new map download / install wipe out the other maps, or can you just jump from server to server depending on what map you want to play? Also, what in the world is Drifters Mod? I keep seeing things about it, and I watched The Military Has Arrived video that was posted on the forums recently. All I know is that you can have dogs and that a few of the guns are not on the map. Any help would be appreciated.

Pyranos is a name that one of my friends used for his fire mage on WoW. I stole the name and gave it to my rogue on another server, kinda stuck with it ever since. I had to come up with a last name for a DUST 514 character and I wanted to use Pyranos. My wife is the one that suggested Grigsby, so I have kept it ever since.

Hey everyone, I was just wondering how to remove a waypoint and if they show up for everyone on the server?

I found one just a couple of days ago, though they seem to be pretty scarce. I was running around for about four days before I found one in Berezino.

No, you are missing the point. I realize that tents don't move with you from server to server, and I want some player interaction. I already have a couple places in mind to setup a base camp, I am just wondering if anyone knows of a fun server to play on. When I find said server, I plan on setting up shop and putting my good gear away and go looking for some ok gear to go around and loot with. If I want to bandit, I will pick up my good gear and use that, but I don't see myself doing much banditry.

So, I have been playing DayZ for about a week now and I have been really enjoying it. The first couple of times I died was from falling (one a glitch and one by my own stupidity), I died once from zombies, but my fourth life has been awesome. I found a campsite in Cherno and raided it for a Ghillie Suit, GPS, and some sweet weapons. Headed north and I have been having fun since. My question is, now that I have a camping tent and some good weapons, I want to setup shop on a moderately populated server. I have been mainly playing on low pop servers so I could learn the ropes of the game. Basically, I'm looking for some suggestions of servers that are popular in the US and have a decent number of people on them. I don't really want to bandit at the moment, but I want to have some interaction with other players because thus far I have not even seen another survivor.
