Anything like tools that are sharp or pointy can open food cans, things like monkey wrenches can be used as a piss weak weapon...i have no idea what you can do with the normal wrench. Anyhoo i would say the screwdriver would be the most useful "tool".

You know...the buildings with the jail cells, i've heard multiple people call it the police station so i'm just going along with it.

I rubberband every now and then, but i get rid of it by restarting the game.

I find M4s in every barracks and police station i pass. Also have enough ammo to take on a full server.
