Yeah, you shouldn't respond to your own ticket like that, but give them a chance to take a look at it. It's one of them things that assume that you are 'bumping' your ticket, but only making it slightly worse for yourself. I have several HFB Servers and they seem to be quite reliable and stable.

Thanks, It took me a while to code that feature. The US server was down for a bit because we were updating to v2.5. Please not that 2.4 is not compatible with 2.5 servers. -

I can add a spawn point to the US Server if you would like. Currently the MV-22/AN-2 isn't on the spawn list. -

I will check if the launcher is starting the DLC correctly however mine was enabled. Check your expansion tab. -

Sure, Where have you got steam/arrowhead installed to? Usually the updater auto detects your arrowhead folder using a registry key, If you have recently reinstalled your operating system / copied over your steam folder then this won't exist. Try exiting steam, running steam as an administrator then launching Arma 2 and then Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead. The updater should be able to find your folder then. If this doesn't work then try deleting your @BreakingPoint\options.dat and it will reset the launcher configuration. Else you can send me a PM on the forums and I can give you my steam name or you can join our teamspeak and Ill help you out. -

Actually the Dog Fixes are from the DayZ Community 1.7.4.4 or whatever version number their up to now. Actually I didn't even know about Alby's dog fixes at all. -

Hello Venthos and random friend of Venthros with 3 posts. If you would like to copyright 5 lines of code in Arma 2 Scripting your welcome to. You remind me of the person who tried to setup a lawsuit on tunggle over an arma 2 mission file. You're simply calling functions in Arma 2 with little or no coding at all. The people who are developing Hive DB dlls and extensions are writing the real code. I didn't know you had such a problem with the open source community sharing factor of arma 2. If you'd like im fine removing your 5-10 lines of code. Thanks to you both for writing up such a long post, but honestly I don't have time for this. I have several other game dev projects to do. -

Side Chat is now enabled on the US Server. The lingor server admin has decided to try out 3rd Person to decide if he should enable it or not. There is no remaining bugs in the updater, if you have a issue with it let me know. -

Finally got all the last bugs in the updater fixed. Releasing Version 3.0.0.9. This Fixes: -Needing to press download Lingor/Chernarus twice -Lagg/delay when checking for updates -Download freezing at certain files -Checksum based updating is fully supported. (Everyone should turn it on in settings) -Multible TeamSpeak/Mumble trackers, changes when you switch servers. US , Lingor Supported. -Other Minor Bug FIxes and preformance improvements. Now to start working on Breaking Point 2.2 :) -

Side chat will be re-enabled on the US Server however for other servers its up each server owner to configure them options. Taming dogs is fixed in new battleye script restrictions that i will need to sync with all the servers. Also attaching flashlight to shoulder like in old lingor is being added into both maps. -

There is a new updater that I have just finished. (Version 3.0.0.4). thatguyjames has tested it, he downloaded lingor within an hour or less. Currently working on the US main server now, it should be online today. Also: Checksum updating is fully supported. Make sure to enable it when installing new versions of the mod, since It will only download the files that have changed unlike removing the whole folder + reinstalling. Lingor files can now be verified correctly using File -> Verify -> @BreakingPointLingor. -

There is an options.dat file in @BreakingPoint inside your arrowhead folder if you delete this it will revert to the default update server which is the mirror that is always up to date. The removal of the mod will be adjusted to checksum based updating instead. All the problems will be resolved in updater 3.0.0.4 the current version is 3.0.0.3 which means you recieved a invalid version of the updater from a outdated server. Update.rotda.com server isn't updated you should use server 1 instead. -

Hi Bill Sorry about the issue you had with the updater, i will take a look into it. It seems some vars are not reset when you attempt to download a mod one after another. There will be a patch for the update server today wirh new mirrors for faster download speeds However other people downloaded lingor ok yesterday. -

@disosmio In the updater you need to select Install / Update option in the top right of the form. Then select Breaking Point Chernarus. @maxnmike: Most servers are running BEC which will auto restart the server every 8 hours. (As Configured per server admin) About the ATV, we just moved to a new Database structure which would fix some of the issues you have. Also Repairing objects that are on fire/completely destroyed isnt normal. I'll fix that in 2.2. 2.1 for Chernarus has been released. Some servers have ported over characters to the new structure. The US Server is currently being upgraded and will be online soon. Lingor is now released on the updater :) An alternative update server is being added for faster downloads on lingor. NOTE: Lingor is currently only supported on Update Server 1 (alderongames.info) -

Lingor is under continued development. It is currently running the new database format and based off @BreakingPoint 2.1. I'm hoping that Lingor will be finished tommrow + 2.1 Update for Chernarus. Any other servers wanting to host the mod are welcome. We will include Updater/Launcher Intergration. Any existing changes that you have added can be merged. We can also port a different map over to the mod. When Lingor is finished it will be downloadable manually or through the updater..(the option will be enabled) Note: Lingor will feature all existing features in @BreakingPoint and Lingor Units Intergration. -

Both the mod and the updater seems stable. Data has been ported over on the french server to the server running our mod. So all the players on that should have the gear they got on the other server. Currently working on bug fixes + other background improvements for the next version. @BreakingPoint 1.9 is now based from DayZ 1.7.3. -

Updater 2.0.0.17 -Fixed the updater not being able to remove/create the Addons folder in @BreakingPoint. Sorry about all the issues. This updater should be bullet proof. -

New Updater (2.0.0.14) The link is the same in the main thread. You no longer need to hackish batch files or shortcuts to start the mod. It is now auto-enabled when you press launch in the updater. -Increased Arma 2 and OA folder detection -Bug Fixes .Net Framework 4.0 is now required (not just the compact client framework) -

Updater (2.0.0.12) -Ability to select an update server to get the mod from. -We now have another server (FR) who is now testing running the mod on their server, they now have a game tracker displayed within the updater. -Use the radio buttons next to each game tracker to switch servers -More Bug fixes and less .Net Framework Exceptions. -Moved to a smaller game tracker because we will be having more servers with this mod. -Ability to detect arrowhead folder in more locations including on a 32 bit OS. Currently doing a updated changelog and testing the new @BreakingPoint Version (1.9) that will be released soon. -

I have noticed in the server logs that a few people have problems connecting. You need to enable the new mod name in expansions tab in arma 2. -

Nice, Thanks for the video :) My new favourite weapon, Love shooting through the glass of someones car with crossbow. Updater 2.0.0.10 -Ability to auto-detect most operation arrowhead folders (tested and working with steam) -it's now Possible to run the updater on your desktop instead of arrowhead folder. -Enabled all of the Report Menu (Report -> Hacker, Feature Request, Bug, Issue ) -Fixed ability to verify @Alderon the server now checks and caches the correct MD5 Signatures -Can't do a verify @Alderon when you haven't got it installed.
