DayZ spawning you in differant locations?

well this is pretty messed up i was at north east airfield when all of a sudden i rejoined and it spawned me in kamenka? seriously this is very anoying and i reackon dayz should fix this immediantly before they start losing players -

i dont want to be banned but i might just use the gun for a while then get rid of it would taht be alright? i thought soldier clothing was legal

Ok so 20 minutes ago i was at rog castle when i spawned in to a server and the all castle was blocked off. I saw 4 tents just near me so i hopped over to them and what do you know i see soldier clothing and a l85a2 holo so the main reason im typing this up just so i know that i wont get globally banned of DayZ. so please any suggestions?
