I sounds like you have something else other than @DayZ enabled, maybe you were playing on another map and forgot to disable it?

Sometimes some servers just dont let certain people connect, maybe try a couple of servers and see if that fixes the problem. :) -
Let people play the game how they want to play it, there is no need to punish people because they are being a bandit.

If you can join other servers it might have something to do with the server you are trying to get into.

When logging into another account you need to run ARMA 2: OA before trying to join a server, this will activate the key.

I could be your video card, yes but it could also be your processor. Sometimes playing on certain server is better and your game will lag less.

I am sorry to say it but your specs are not very good and DayZ/Arma 2 is a very processing intensive game, this might be why you are lagging.

Even if you just have the gun on you, you can get banned for having/using it.

If you were on a public hive then the reason you got banned is because the TWS is not in DayZ public hives and it is hacked in.

I think this has to do with how to ARMA 2 engine works and not something Dayz side. -
Its not a matter of how many spawn points but how many the server is allowing the server to have.

There is nothing that any of the Forum or DayZ team can do and like biokemisten said, its best to bring this right to battleye. -

Nothing will be better than the Standalone in my eyes. -
My favorite has to be the URAL, its great off road and on road and has loads of space to hold anything that you are going to find when going on a loot run.

I take this game like any other, playing it for fun. I think that if you are playing a game it should be played for fun and you should have fun playing it, I have the most fun when I am not taking things seriously but that's just me. I think everyone likes playing DayZ a different way and thats what makes the game so good.

Just go to any server with alot of people and I am pisitive that something is going to be going on in there. -
I am not sure what people have taken over a town but zombies will keep spawning in, making it almost impossible to take over a town

I have died from rocks many times, its something you can't really control and the only way to avoid it is to not get near the rock. Most of the time they just break legs and make you bleed but it sounds like you were unlucky this time.
