If I am not mistaken this has something to do with your Battleye and it not being the same version as the server go to http://battleye.com/download.html and follow the instructions on that webpage. -
You will never be able to play DayZ on that computer, Buying a new computer would be the only option.

Install Arma 2 and Arma 2:OA Download DayZ Commander: http://www.dayzcommander.com/ Go to the install and update tab in the top right corner of DayZ Commander and update Arma 2 and DayZ Pick a server you want to play on

I have no idea why you would be lagging on DayZ. The only think I can think of is that you either have a slow hard drive or dont have much memory left on your PC

It most likely has something to do with your specs, DayZ requires a decent computer to play at 30FPS. Post your specs and we will better know what your problem is. :) -

I started playing and I spawned in Cherno, the music was making me crap my pants and I did not know how to turn it down at the time so I continued crapping my pants while playing the game. I went to the super market and found a pistol, shot one zombie and a whole horde came after me and ate me. This was my first time playing DayZ. :P -
Your best bet would be to upgrade your computer, your CPU is lacking pretty bad. A good rule of thumb when buying a CPU for DayZ is to have one that has 3.0GHz or more, with this you should play the game just fine. I hope this helps. :)

If its an admin ban then just join another server but if you got global banned then you probably did something wrong.

Go to the super market, you will find more food than you will ever need. Sometimes backpacks can make food not spawn in Super Markets though
