1: makarov is still in the game, go out and find it! 2: that a feature is there doesnt mean you should use it always ever. I agree it has become clumsy for getting wood, but how could that be fixed without everyone running around with melee weapons and their normal guns?

I support this. There are several reasons this would be better 1: everyone tests the same version,creating more feedback toward the devs. 2: People cannot abuse differences in patches anymore. For example making a new char in a 1.6 server, giving you a pistol then logging in a 1.7 server. 3: The community can be better supported, you dont have to give whole lists of information anymore if you have a problem. 4: The community wont be fragmented anymore bu different server patches. It is simply quite a mess right now.

I think you are exxagerating the amount of duping,alt f4 ing and other things are occuring. They are serious problems, but they dont affect feature testing

Hello everyone. I am searching for information/names on a group who rp-ed as zombie abiders. If i recall correctly, instead of shooting zombies, they shot the players who shot zombies. Because of their "religious fervor" they had quite the reputation. I also know they where playing on a AUS or ANZ. I would like to get in contact with people in this group/ people who can tell a story about them. Please pm me. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps this mod had become to popular for its origin/goal,creating a hardcore survival simulator/anti-game. Any additional popularity is quite nice, but losing people because the game gets harder will not be the end of the world for the mod. To op: You killed my team once you filthy server hopping good-for-nothing! I wont let a tear you leaving the game. We threw your gun into a fire and danced around it in joy that we killed you.

This idea is very good, but its timing with the instable netcode can get it forgotten. If servers would be more stable in both their coding and playerbase, this would be a great idea. -
I think you are horribly raping the word carebear here. I invite you to go to northwest airfield, on eu72, around 8 gmt. See how boring and pvp free the north is.

No rolling back will take more time then introducing the necessary hotfixes etc. It is only highly counter productive. The zombies where to easy before, and this patch fixes that good. -
Good initiative fish, but please, try to get the next generation of players to be more friendly. Bad examples lead to bad follow.

what bricks says, also i wouldn't be asking at all,after all, you get low-res textures for free, so you can still use the models. It is a fanservice and a smart move by bi, so their community doesnt get split up by dlc ownership
