For the next patch i would just hope for tents so it would allready give a little bit of purpose to the game. Also for the future i would suggest to the dayz team to not do like in arma 2 and put in a weapon with the name "DMR" since this is a weapon class like assault rifle or sniper etc... Oh and remove the battlefield 3 sun , i was allready happy when they removed it bf4 but now they've put it in dayz , seems i'm never going to get rid of it...

I hope the next thing they will anounce is , fuck this we're going to start from scratch and build an entire new engine. I would love to see the rage of you people with no patience!!

How can you give a release date when your game is not in alpha yet ... Seriously think before you say something.

You play with speakers? Playing any shooter with speakers give you a disadvantage from the start.

Honestly alot of game company 's don't even give dev blogs , you're just an example of 1 of the 100.000's of people who want to play this asap.

Honestly kamenka isn't a bad spawn shit loads of deerstand to the north of there wich will mosth likelly give you a better weapon then the lee einfeild's you find in barns.

Hey i don't know if this allready has been mentioned since i'm not in the mood to read all 42 pages , but is there a problem with tents not saving correctly with gear ? Cause i'm having this problem.

Me and some mates decided to start running our own server , since we were tired playing on servers where admin abuse there powers or where there are no active admins. This server is running allways on daylight and around +- 200 vehicles ( 6 choppers ) , we also added custom vehicles to the spawnpositions ( no cars with gun on cause that seems a little bit to overpowered in dayz). Well i only go with the names External / External1989 / External89 , depends what is allready taken . Reason : Started with this name on World of warcraft one day and started using it ever since , no real reason behind i even think i read it from a box once without knowing what it ment( was young back then) Now i know what it means ofcourse ;)

Expirienced allmosth all hacks allready , last hack when i played i was getting chased by a flying humvee wich was shooting tracer bullets i think , but when i looked back at it , it looked like it was shooting lasers rofl . Lets just hope the standalone will have a better security system :P

It still works yes , but as50's are heli-crashspawn only so you can't get that weapon by loot cycling nor the AS-50 Nato rounds. M107 is a spawn but extremely rare.

For the people flaming at me , i did the research before i posted my reply and i know the mod was created in 2012 so i get it why he called it 2012 , just saying he should had rephrased his sentence with the current date. Just trowing it out there . Arma2 has the worst performance engine from all games!! I bought the gtx680 last week and when i put everything to highest setting i get 20-30 fps in a bit of crouded area in normal area's i'm on 60-70 So just saying it's mosth likely not your pc but its just the game. Just hope they fix this with the standalone. PS: Making your topic name " high end computer" and then saying it costed 1000$ makes many people just laugh.., even that we don't know your spec's yet i can allready say you're nowhere near a highend computer. Just saying...

Epi - pen is pretty much a adrenaline shot . Dead = Dead thats pretty much it. You're pretty much asking if i shoot you in the head with a 0.50 call caliber gun in the head ( wich in reality would probably blow your head off) , then someone gives you a wondercure that would revive you? Never going to happen in this game broh. Go play some other mmo if you want that.

I smell bullshit , arma 2 and oa were like 25 euro's the entire year on steam thats like 30 dollar's i guess. And since you made this topic today i guess you just bought the game like today or last week , wich means arma 2 and oa were in sale on steam for 15 dollar's or a bit more to lazy to make the calculation right now... Or you bought this game with a retailer and got ripped off big time. Just saying....
