It can vary from server to server based on what is on line 21 of that server's script restrictions. If you didnt see everyone get kicked from that server, than it likely wasnt a hacker screwing around, it was most likely just a script restrict problem with that server. I wouldnt worry about it.

I'm not angry about the ban, I say all the more power to vortech for not sideling on it. The guy proved himself to not be truthful several times through his story, and the amount of times he'd have to be picking up his satchel charge and replacing it in order to match how many he joined with just doesnt add up. Makes me happy I play on his server.

Yes and no, it depends on where you download it from. Inside the actual PBO, no your key cant get stolen. However if you download it from an unsafe source, there could be a virus attached or what ever hidden within the dl.

Tell your server provider you need your server reinstalled? Kind of excessive to fix the problem but it WOULD work.

The thing I'm doing is looking for the scripts that hackers generally use, and then copy paste portions of that particular script into the "find" box in the logs. That is my personal method right now because I dont really know a better way. I believe though that there are some scriptters that can make their scripts not appear in the logs completely based on the bypass they are using.

You need to post what the number is after the global ban. It could be a mistake ban, it could be your cd key got stolen after downloading stuff you probably shouldnt have, or you were using a bypass that had been detected (aka Skiddying)

Server US2147 is up and running! Its running about 20% cooler and the admins check logs consistantly as well as stream them while we are on. Utilizing the Community Ban List as well. We encourage everyone to come check it out. It says GM+2 but its actually GM-10, Ill fix it when no one is on the server so I can restart it without inconviencing anyone. I'm having this issue too

Ran into this guy or a copycat on US 3398. Warped to me, unloaded two magazines of the m4 into him while he was attempting at something that /may/ have been aiming while shooting at me. He ended up just script slaying me while i ran circles around him shooting him. Edit: GUID's match, its him.
