Yes, you will be able, you just have to do a few different things, not hard stuff (Steam users need ArmA II Game Launcher to launch mods, which by the way, its an awesome app)

Animals are not that rare. Just traveling from town to town to gear up you will eventually find some animals. It will also give you enough food to survive until you find another one. Just keep an eye in open areas. PS: Rabbits and chickens are suposed to give food too, but only 1 meat. But It's better than nothing

You just have to know one thing. This ain't no CoD nor Battlefield, this is a military simulator. If you are okay with that I have to tell you that It worths more than 30. ArmA won't end with this mod, actually It won't never end. You won't get tired of it. The only end that ArmA 2 will encounter is with ArmA 3.

Tired of Pro Melee CoD kiddies. They also think they're going to break a glass with a knife or with his fists. If you want to break a glass you shoot it, or you throw big things to it. You dont go melee against it. This is not Call of Duty, stop it.

It's not that hard.

It works, but you literally can't see it at sun light. pollycranopolis, make sure you don't try it on day light and also make sure that what you have is another attachment.
