    Well guys, I've installed the latest from dayz and arma 2 via the dayz commander, and I'm currently up to date! The problem is that I cannot play on any server whatsoever. I get the Bad Version, Server Rejected Connection message even when the servers are just as up to date as I am (according to dayz commander). So I've tried some possible solutions but they haven't worked. I've validated my version of OA with steam, I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything, etc. If someone could help me out that would be great :D

    I'm having the same problem..tried all the solutions I could find about the "bad version, server rejected" message to no avail :(

    So I joined a random server, US 2562 I think, and my character was suddenly standing in an open field with no equipment on me and it said I was killed on the instant of me joining the server. I've tried joining different servers since then and am just on the coast like I actually died, but I have no starting equipment. So has anyone heard of this? is this a hack or something server specific, and can I possibly get my gear back? Any response would be greatly appreciated.
