I dont even know where to start to try to fix this, I did the verify game chache thing.

Ive managed to get it working by just right clicking my dayz cfg file, going to previous verisons and restored it to some time last week. I really appreciate the help guys. edit: I assume since that fixed the error it was something off one of those FPS boost guides since I recently tried using one of those guides :)

Well, Now everytime I try to change one of my video settings eg. rendering resolution, it crashes with the error.. Im on windows 7. Thanks for everyone trying to help but Im still having the problem..

Epoch is not good for FPS. No matter what you do.

I know this has been suggested tons of times and its always the same thing, "lets have note books to write on and leave notes everywhere!!1!" Well I would love to see something like this. Just a small notebook/diary that you can tear pages out and leave them lying about (or maybe use the duct tape that you see laying around everywhere in the mod to tape the notes up?) Now to the part that worries me the most about this, The trolls that will leave 10000000 notes EVERYWHERE, Make it to were your notebook/diary will only have about 4 to 5 pages. Also add into loot tables for pens/pencils so people cant just spawn and start leaving notes around (could add degradation to pencils/pens.). This will limit people from wasting the hell out of them and limit the trolls. Now on to why this will be useful. -Point people to important things, for say, If I am a hero I can leave note taped to trees to worn the poor noobs to avoid a area. If I escape from a sniper in NWAF I can leave a note on the barracks door warning people of the sniper(s). -For the lulz, "DONT LOOK BEHINED YOU". -Leave a tent with medical and food, post a note there and let people know that you left it there and maybe they would spare you later down the road if they have you in cuffs and asking your name? -For the bandits that want to set traps. Im sure I can think of more, but im ready for sleep. I would pay dean any amount under $500 to add this feature into the game. I think it would be awesome. Please dont hurt me

If it was "self defense" then I dont think you would have a bandit skin bud. I try to communicate with survivors as much as possible, I try to let them know I am there from a distance then approach so they cant play the "you scared the shit outta me" card. Ive been killed by bandits and survivors alike and they claim afterwards "Oh im friendly I just felt like shooting you" or "Sorry bud you scared me, but Im still taking everything you own, thanks". And I am kinda tired of everyone calling someone that shoots on sight a kiddie. Admit it you shoot people on sight all the time, the one time it happens to you you have to complain and start calling them kiddie, etc. I dont think its the "kiddies" that make the game bad, I think its the community just complaining about getting shot on sight so much that they have to turn to KOSing them selfs to defend aginst it. I know I KOS, I dont complain when it happens to me. I have gotten to the point that I only arm myself with a baseball bat to fight the urge to go on killing sprees. Still playing once or twice a week with a really good friend of mine, Man I want to be a noob again. I remember not looking dayz up at all and just jumping right in because my friend wanted someone to play with. I remember the sense of fear, not wanting to move because I had no knowledge of anything in the game. Best feeling I ever had in a video game.

I dont think they will, I see what you mean and it would be rather interesting. But the zombie floor mapping thing isnt going to allow it I do believe, they would be clipping through walls.

No, I would hate to see this. I think this would be game breaking enough for me to quit. For many reasons. (Also, your poll dosent work. for the poll to work you have to cast a vote in each section of the poll.)

This is another idea that I fucking love. I think it would be one of the greatest things about the game.. Coming across someones body with a notebook and being able to read about their life. Maybe have a feature to take in game screen shots and clip them to your notebook.

I think the worst thing I have ever done was kill two guys I was in voice chat with. They had HIGH end shit and I really wanted it. all I had was my RPK and a 75round mag. I couldent bring my self to do it.. I just kept thinking "Well James.. you can do it.. just shoot em and get it over with before you become friends.. DO IT". So they went into a medical tent like the ones in stary ( I was playing DayZero and there is a few of em at green mountain). I said guys I'll be right back. got off their TS and tabbed back into the game.. Closed my eyes and sprayed the tent with all 75 bullets. I felt like a monster but at the end of the day I felt great. Edit- I did follow a noob out of NEAF once to his camp at Willow lake and was playing creepy sounds and noises LOL. Clueless turd.

Well.. I dont think you will be fitting a Mosin Nagant in a backpack anytime soon.. So why not just stick the rifle on the straps on the side of the backpack? Also.. I dont think most rifles are gonna fit in a back pack unless you break em down.
