    Ye had this problems but with server admins ghosted three times but managed to kill the in the end (shit ghosters) and after I killed them the server restarted almost 30sec later pretty sure it was admins because the server was on a four hour restart and had been restarted thirty mins before

    yes this restricts the mosin, how ever spraying a c mag no matter what size (10,20,30) refills an empty mag to 30 capacity strange bugs of late

    erm I have found depending on what server you play on (hardcore, regular) you have two characters I lost one then used a regular server and it was back so seems it is possible to have two chractors

    not rubber banding just being teleported to previous locations and not being able to move and having to alt f4

    Trigger points

    Don't no if this would be a good Idea I think it is anyway, how about having trigger points within the game. What I mean is to have a random spawning event within the server that could set off a mass zombie attack, Ie you enter a camo/police building and as you enter it sets off a mass zombie attack on that location, now providing the doors are closed the zombies cannot enter (this is based on form what I understand of the new zombies which cant warp or walk through objects), and within such building there is a radio which you can use to ask for help. This would transmit to anyone who had a walkie talkie (when working) and they could then reply, ignore or be a spectator of what would happen. If the doors were closed on the building maybe a damage system on the doors to allow the zombie attack to eventually gain entrance which means the player/players inside would need to make the decision on how to handle this situation, stay and try and fight them off run and gun or hopefully use the allies they gained through the ask for help, this would allow for a new dynamic within the game as it gives more purpose to being a "bandit" or "hero" and also would allow for more interaction in the game with other players other than potentially coming across and hopping they kill you and you killing them. Now I know this is an alpha so maybe a long way off if ever if people like the idea just thought I would see the response.

    Ideas for the game

    A friend and I were thinking how the game was going to stay in the category of THE or one of the games we play a lot of, and as many people who have played this since its release have probably found, that at present it consists of trying to stay alive finding as much gear as you can carry and kill/be killed with the odd friendly encounter along the way. This is fun but short lived which came to the point of trying to come up with ideas as many people on this forum and have and the most important people the devs probably have aswell. So our ideas were very limited as of now but something along the lines of using the walkie talkies to get some sort of side mission in the game objective based that would be global obviously, maybe reward based in terms of rare loot dependant on the objective in hand, or just a new element that would bring player interaction to the game either to enhance the mission or to kill rivals to get the loot. And possibly some trigger points ie say you were to enter a military compound looting and as you do so you enter a camo building this were to set off a mass zombie attack on such building zombies surround this building and cannot enter due to doors being shut (if you have shut the doors because as I understand the new system for zombies wont see the warp through walls and cant collide with objects) inside the compound there is a radio that you can use global chat to ask for assistance and get a response if players wanted to help, if not maybe a mechanic were the doors get damage over time so that you cant stay in there indefinitely so you have to make the choice when if ever you leave to try to escape or die inside. Now I understand this is alpha and anything like this would be a long way off if ever put into the game but just wanted to see the communities ideas for were they think the game is going.

    So tired of the teleport/frozen bug

    This dosent work tried it and still teleported both myself and the lad I play online with.
  9. This already may have been answered, but is there going to be a fix implemented for combat logging and server hopping as this is very frustrating people getting geared up to the eyeballs from server hopping constantly, it takes away the core element of gameplay with people doing this.

    Steam issues

    I am new to the mod and I am haveing some issuses getting going, I have a hard copy of arma2 and steam version of OA an britsh armed forces when I launch DAYZ it says I have file missing. I have reinstalled everything and installed again and same errors and can only come to the conclusion that it is to do with the hard copy and steam versions conflicting can any one please help.
