Hello everyone! In short: I killed a survivor friend, because he told me to do it (broken leg, under 3 k blood, no morphine or bloodpacks). My humanity was 2500 and as i shot him it dropped to 0 and got me a bandit skin instantly. After i logged in again after some time, i had humanity 2500 but still the bandit skin, tried to log off and in several times but still 2500 h and bandit skin. I dont want to be a bandit, i never commited a murder, and i dont want to be recognised as a bandit falsely. after some days nothing changed ( humanity 2500 and bandit skin). i read that with 2000 h a bandit turns back to being a survivor again. So how do i fix this?

So i own Combined Operations and the blurred character models are pissing me off. Dayz as a mod wont probably last very long now, because of the standalone announcement. Is there any Texture Pack/ Skins/Any other way to get High res models, without paying 20 bucks for PMC and BAF? I dont have the cash right now and besides i think that this money would be wasted because of the standalone alpha coming later this year.

Played Takistan life and its just not my thing :D I was playing mostly Coop and CTI missions before Dayz

Ok thanks, im thinking about buying PMC, not for Dayz, but for multiplayer and singleplayer in arma 2 anyways :D

So why does it work on tons of other games, with obviously better anti cheat software?

Ok thanks, but i thought something like a reskin would be easy, cause i saw some on multiplayerservers for admins and clanmembers. Im searching for something like in Counter strike, there are tons of skins, you can even replace all of the CTs and Ts with zombies and still play on multiplayerservers without anybody noticing, because its clientside. Just replacing original files with custom ones. It sounds easy and im wondering why nobody has done it before, or i might just not have heard about it.

But does it help with Dayz? Like the blurred Survivor, Ghillie, Hero and Camo skins? ( i never had Hero or ghillie, dont know whether they are blurred for Combined Operations). And how do i run it with DayZ? When i originally played arma 2, before Dayz, i just didnt choose the BAF and PMC skins on multiplayer servers, but now im forced to do so and it sucks -.- [Edit]: I also used the ACE mod on some servers, but i think it only improves weapon`s and vehicle´s sounds and looks, but not the player models.

@stokvis: Congrats you just missed the whole point of this thread -.- This was not a murder per se but assisted suicide. Apart from that: my humanity has reached 2500 and i still got the bandit skin

Hi, im trying to get into the Vilayer servers (less hackers), and although im having the appropriate Dayz, Arma, and Map versions it keeps on telling me that I'm "running Dayz Version 1.7.2.6, the server is running 1.2"(Takistan). I' ve reinstalled DayZ Takistan several times and it still keeps on showing me this message. They dont seem to have a forum, so i'm posting it here. Any solution?

Thanks, but is there any solution to get that bandit skin away? does the Ghillie suit look different on a bandito?
