yeah, usually that is a server to server issue.

yeah, antibiotics were recently introduced so I'm pretty sure that's how you fix it if it goes red. not sure what would make it go red though. maybe a bad blood transfusion or using too many various medical supplies? being in the rain too long? lol I don't know

I think it will be interesting to see how this effects PVP, ie in a situation where you would normally kill another player you might not to avoid attracting zombies -
well you can still do that by getting your humanity high enough being around those players. it already can kind of work that way.

no, only the alert zombie runs after you. just the level of alertness you emit when running away or shooting the zombie is usually what gets the rest
