It's a private hive server. Nothing can be done, move along and find a server that isn't run by a badmin.

If your card is AMD you can record using AMD's Raptr program http://raptr.com/download you can also stream on twitch with it, MSI afterburner has a decent recording program as does Razer's game booster but not as advanced as the previous two mentioned

Make sure you're using the GTX870m and not the intel hd graphics. You should be able to do this in the nividia control panel also try setting your power management settings to high this should force the laptop to use the nividia card instead of the intel hd graphics

If you right click on the desktop it should give you the option to switch between graphics , if not make sure the drivers for the amd card are installed (Dell don't always bother) if they are then change your power saving setting from power saving to high and this should a kick over to the amd card or give you the option when you right click on the desktop.

You need to turn off the intel graphics and run the amd card, but it's a mobile gpu so you might not see a massive performance increase.

LOL, private hives will just make the problem worse. Look at at the private hives in the mod, most popular ones are 500+ vehicles, auto refuelling, self blood bagging, 1000+ OHK weapons, non destructible/non raidable bases and donater perks. Any mod or PH that tried to make the dayZ mod harder, failed because the majority want easy mode and the rest want to play on populated servers.

I would upgrade your cpu first as DayZ is more cpu hungry than gpu

I use McAfee and find disabling real time scanning while I'm playing sorts the problem.
