    Build 1.7.3 Rolling Update

    Wasn't there always the chance of being crit-hitted with one punch? I remember two, three times where (with full blood) the first hit by a zombie was a crit and smashed my legs. However, since I like the realism aspect, I can live well with not seeing the peripheral dots any more; for me there is no sensible reason to have them; I dont like indicators showing me something which I would otherwise not see - its like enabling "perfect lines" in racing games - I just want to find out myself - if I fail I know where I have to improve (btw remember that when using night vision the indicators were also not there all the time before). The loss of the debug monitor is ok to me; I would even appreciate the removal of 3rd person view, since looking around obstacles just does not make sense for a 1st person shooter.

    Build 1.7.3 Rolling Update

    What bothers me in regards to the combat system is the fact that the radius with 70m seems to be set to a pretty high value causing silenced kills with axes or guns to be recognized in that radius; I really dont like the idea that my mates or me can now get revealed by that when doing sneaky action. The combat system is targeted to PVP but may give PVE players a bad time.
  3. An option to "Point at something with your hand/finger". Similar to independent head move via ALT key you should be able to move your arm in a certain radius without having to move your body/change your stance/position.

    let me drink from lake/tap without a bottle

    I like the idea and a few times when I started a new live this also came into my mind - an animation like when making a fire place for drinking from a lake directly (going into crouch pos "doing" something with your hands for a certain period of time) would be great
  6. Haven't set up any tent by now and not sure if I ever will at the current time; however this came into my mind as in a real Apocalypse I would simply never ever store anything in a tent, either ;)

    The AH-6 is what you mean ;) The MH-6 is the civilian version but would fit in dayZ just fine, too

Thanks for your feedback; the app actually looks better on a real device than on the screenshots you see here.. if there is something you would like to say about mobile marketing & apps just go ahead... There is nothing wrong with it; it just depends on your device if the app makes sense for your or not; it does not require internet/lan when using and also has some other features which you currently dont find in the other apps out there; its also the only map using vector based gfx.

    I would also suggest to remove the two lines of text "DEBUG MONITOR" and the empty line below since there is no real need for them and they just take away extra space

    Train... Hear me out

    I like the idea of rail vehicles ; fast moving (long) ghost trains (anyone remembers the movie "RunawayTrain" ?) could also be pretty awesome.

    Getting the same message but playing version 95054; just played successfully with it but after logout I get this message - so it is unrelated to new patch/update or whatsoever

    Regarding the player quit mechanism, what about this: If Player A has done damage to Player B and player B disconnects within a certain time after taking the damage Player A gets displayed a message telling him that Player B is leaving. This would avoid situations where you wait and wait for a player to then realize he has disconnected.

    Came to accidentaly click it, too, yesterday; my well equipped 16 days old char just died instantly without me having a bit of a chance to react or cancel my mis-click. I am still very angry about this happening! >:(

  21. I already had this isse with 1.7.1.5; since I had no secondary weapon to switch to I had to drop my prev weapon, rearm it to be able to aim through its optics and be able to fire it. I think this occures when you leave the server/quit the game while zooming thorugh sights.

    @rocket Any chance of having a group of (lets say 3 to 5) steel bolts per item slot? EDIT: This would liven up usage of the crossbow much I think
  23. I can confirm a massive breakdown of FSP after playing a while (no matter where you play)
