  1. I found a solution to my problem. Now I run 109-120fps without recording, and 75+fps while recording on Bandicam. Unfortunately, I still have the problem in Fraps... I find it odd that my solution for Bandicam was in a Fraps forum... http://frapsforum.co...mes.1509/page-2 In that thread I found my answer in a tweak guide in yet another link: http://www.reddit.co...w_fps_try_this/ Long story short... I edited my startup parameters to "-winxp -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=7 -maxMem=2047 -maxVRAM=2047 -nosplash -noPause -beta=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion -mod=@dayz -world=empty" I think the major fix in my situation was -winxp because: "Forces the game to use Direct3D version 9 only, not the extended Vista / Win7 Direct3D 9Ex http://msdn.microsof...2(v=vs.85).aspx - the most visible feature the Direct3D 9Ex version offers is a lot faster alt-tabing. May help with problems using older drivers on multi-GPU systems." Source: http://community.bis...rtup_Parameters Although I have the latest beta drivers, it was the only variable focusing on multi-gpu. Will update again if I find a solution for Fraps.
  2. I have the exact same issue on Bandicam and Fraps running SLI 670s. I push 80-120fps without recording and 98% gpu1 and gpu2 at normal 1084MHz. Recording drops me down to 15-30fps and 34% gpu1 and gpu2. Recording also downclocks both GPUs to 589MHz from 1084MHz. Which tells me that either the gpus are forced to throttle, or workload distribution goes haywire and the gpus are automatically downclocking due to lack of workload (idle). Disable SLI and I get 45-50fps without recording. Recording drops me down to 30fps and 99%gpu1 but overclocks my gpu to nearly 1200MHz and undesirable temperatures. I tested this in other games with the same results. Fraps and Bandicam certainly have problems with SLI. I found some youtube video regarding this that said to change both ARMA2 config file lines "GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1;" instead of 1000 and 3 respectively. This appears to do nothing whether or not I'm recording. SLI enabled,
