It's crazy to think in six years of Dayz SA development... I know friends that have gotten married and had children, and those children are about to enroll in Kindergarten this fall. I have started and finished a Associates degree, and nearly finished a bachelors degree, moved three times in two different states. Seen the announcement, release, peak and decline -- The full life cycle -- of dozens of other games, large and small. Yet Dayz is like a little time capsule from the past, immune to the ravages of time.

I'd take your suggestion and cut it in half. EIther the RPK or RPK-74 would be a neat light machine gun that certainly fits into the them of the Czech Republic Chernarus. Both would be too much overlap though. The M16A4 was in the mod, and it handled noticeably different from the M4. It had a bit tighter spread at range, had burst instead of auto, and handled poorer in tighter areas. The A3 wouldn't really add much, it would just be and M16 that could shoot auto. And I'm not really sure how it would be more accurate.

Bases are a great way for players to gather all of their loot and vehicles in one conspicuous spot. As an avid "borrower" of items, I approve.

Sounds like a waste of time in my opinion. Drugs and alcohol are a luxury of a world before the Z-poc. Only use for alcohol I see is for disinfectant, and the only drugs I can imagine being needed are painkillers. Anything else would be extra fluff that doesn't really fit in with the bigger picture.

I think "OP" was used hyperbolically. I don't think anyone thinks footsteps should be changed.

While not as much of a gunfight guru as others might be, this above comment is as true as the can of beans I just gave. In urban areas especially, I am aware of others 9/10 before they know I'm there. All because when I think I hear footsteps, I stop, and listen.

The thing with desync is that you never really can predict when it will happen and what it will affect.

While I agree that headshots should be fatal, you really should know that it is proper practice to aim for just behind the shoulder. You whack the heart and lungs, and bleed the deer quickly which helps later steps of butchering it.

There should be some oversight to make sure that neither club steps over its boundaries. Might I suggest the "Democratic People's Republic of Chernarus's Committee of Small Animal Metrics, Management, and Removal."

I was able to use them when the tire was removed from the car, on the ground in front of me, and I had the kit in my hands. I had a scroll wheel option that said "repair tire." The problem I find usually arises not in the repairing, but in having the game update the status. When you repair the tire it doesn't update the status of the tire until you attach it back on the car, or do something with it. Once you put it back on the car, you will likely find that it is pristine. A friend of mine insist you can do with the tire still attached. Not sure but worth a try.

You can remove it by actually looking under the hood, outside of the car, like you would in real life, and either using the interact key, or scroll wheel. I can't remember if you need a tool to do so, so hold on to any you think might help. Message me if you need more explanation.
