Do you base this conclusion on 2 diffrent items or are you 100% sure that you cannot find a pristine baseball cap without that logo. Im pretty sure the logo doesnt dissapear when someone shoots you in the head.

The server hopping is a result of no item respawns, and is to be considered OK as of now. So stop flaming the server hoppers, we dont care.

Hello and Welcome to dayz! If you eat and drink alot you will eventually get a status bar called "healing" when you are healed it will change to "healthy" Suggest you find a well or a pond to drink and just gather alot of food. Best of luck!

You can test your mic in windows control panel...... come on guys dont be lazy.

You have to be in audible range. audible range= when players can hear your voice. Buy a mic :P

What?! lol It might be because your weapon barrel is lower than your scope, the same happens if you are shooting over lets say a window that you can barely see over using the sights. Your scope is zeroed in on maybe 3-400 meters, the realism of this game makes your bullet go out of your barrel and not your scope :)

If it were accepted to rent own servers there is a problem with multihosting as rocket mentioned. it would be very expensive to rent one. And the admin tools should be none. too many admins abuse their tools.

Ok, wierd. Do these things maybe it will work. 1. run steam as administrator. 2. open steam. 3. right click steam then properties 4. click on the tab "local files" then click "vertify integrity game cache" let it run trough. 5. run the game and try joining servers. If this doesnt work its maybe some internet settings, like ports etca, are you on a private net?

See? thats your problem, you can probably speak english but "not too well" as you say, so you are afraid to speak it. Trust me after awhile of "bad" english and stuttering you will talk very good and be confident of your vocal interferance with other humans. Your aim in this game is to shoot people because you dont speak well english. So you cant blame anyone but yourself for the gameplay you experience throughout your journeys with that attitude, change that and you will have a much better experience.

Im pretty sure everyone, or mostly everyone agrees with you. Read this http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/156129-confirmed-upcoming-features-for-dayz/ I think they should try upping the zombie count before they start buffing the zombies to see what kind of diffrence it makes having 2 zombies after you and having 10. It will make some diffrence. The zombies will probably be the first changes they do in the nearest future.

It wont be anything like the party system in wasteland. but with all these diffrent clothings it should be fairly easy to identify eachother

Everyone gets the message "uses modified data file" Its just something wrong with ther server you are joining. try diffrent servers you will get in one eventually, best of luck

learn to interact with people. I did read your post and i understand one of them was armed, you had the drop on them and manage to kill 1 unarmed fresh spawn. This game is more than just shooting people.

Why didnt you speak to them you, you a muted inbreed or something? honestly i dont give a fuck if you didnt get no rewards. people like you are cancer to this community. Those 5 guys probably met eachother on that server, having a good time sharing stories and some KOS noob like you came along.

Hello, I dont expect much serious answers here, you might think im crazy before you try it yourself. Dayz is very dark sometimes in the nighttime, especially without the moonlight.. Many think that is wierd because in real life you actually can see shit in the pitch black...... Thats called nightvision. A natural reaction for the human eye to adjust the amount of light that is recieved by the pupils in the eye so that you can see better in the dark.. But this is a cmputer screen so your eye doesnt adjust to it like it would if you walk outside IRL. Il let you discuss how you can see better in the night in dayz without touching your computer... I know the answer. Can you guess what it is? :)

If it would be harder to gear up then there would be even more reason to kill one another no? Its not that there is nothing to do. its what you do in certain situations. People kill on sight because they are afraid to confront other people. its that simple, ive met many people who cant use VOIP, either typing or dont speak at all. these guys are timebombs and a cancer to the community.

ive had 3 lives so far, none of them wich i was killed by another player. id say 50% of the people ive met are friendly. Its much about the way you confront people. if you dont talk back to people or if you run towards people holding any kind of weapon, fists included. they will kill you.

I logged on today after updating 0.29. Spawned on the beach and this is very gamebreaking, who do i speak to regarding this? there are no server admins or means to contact specific persons.

Haha, yea you might be right :P wasnt untill recently when most of my buddys are bored of this game i started playing as hero.. Its kind of hard being hero in a squad so most of my time in dayz ive been bandit :) but as of now i play hero and loving it :)
