ive been playing wasteland quite alot, cant say it has helped me in dayZ pvp... you get to know the weapons and how to use them for sure. My patience in pvp after wasteland was drastically getting worse. Havent played it in awhile now so dayZ pvp is getting better :)

Hello. Watched frankies video awhile before i started playing origins... Dont know if they have updated it or not. but shooting him in the heart doesnt work, do i really need to use 2 mags on his head or is there an easy way?

PVP is mostly about luck and more or less about skill. If a player accidentally sees you with his mp5 while your patching up your buddy in middle of nowherre with a bloodbag its easy for him to plant a bullet on your heads if hes not seen. If your at the right place at the right time. You dont need much skill to put someone down. Same goes for zombie aggro in a gunfight Ive had zombies knock people down. and battles turned because of it.

Dayz is supposed to be just after the breakout of the disease that turns people into zombies, and canned food last LOOONG, people dont even know exactly for how long it lasts. This has been discussed before. I told it to them aswell.... Your character, you are not born when you log on. hes a grown man. And 5 days of holding a gun wont make you an assassin. As for the silent boots and varietys, i agree. muffled boots should be in the game :) Diffrent armor to stop melee attacks etca are already in the SA, only silly looking motorcycle helmet but its something they intend to make a bigger aspect of game i think. Combining mags would be easyest to do in gear menu in your inventory clicking RMB no? Otherwise your suggestions are in interest of many of the other viewers of these boards aswell and im sure some of your wishes will come true :) happy dayZ

Thats true. In most cases if you shoot a 7.62 in a mans leg, his only option would be to amputate (if the leg didnt fall off from the shot) But for the joy of the game. you should survive atleast one shot.

In any case discussing shotguns in dayz, the winchester should not be involved i think.. Its a rifle is it not? Anyway i too want a shotgun to be a valid weapon to use in DayZ. Right now its just a trash item compared to most other main guns ingame. But i disagree with the new spread. i think it should be wider and that you could find diffrent types of pellet ammunition like in real life, Buckshots. 6 pellets 12 pellets Im not an expert in this area but i know you can get hunting ammo with like 100 pellets in one shot. and 200 :P probably something in the middle aswell.. like 50 pellets. Ofcourse its limited damage on a human at 100m range but if you fire this from 2 meters in a 10cm wide tree you cut the tree in half (ive done it).

You know this is not really DayZ? dayZ is a mod for arma2(combat sim) What they did on that server is using the dayZ mod and put scripts in it so its more like the original arma2. Call it something else, or use another forum.... this is NOT dayZ.

Ofcourse its same damage as in Arma, those idiots would suffer severe mental trauma if i was there to discuss! hence why you update arma to play dayz.... DayZ is balanced by importing and exporting the guns they feel balance the game(example export of .50 cal sniper rifles).

Well we all know Dean made the Early stage of DayZ.. atleast thats what ive heard... But thats a long time ago... And i didnt even play DayZ then and ive been playing for 7 months! So alot of stuff has happend since then. Yet the masterminds behind alot of it seems a bit shy no? First of all, Who made that Oring buggy? god i love that thing! :) Tavana aswell, one of the most played maps are player made yes? I dont know but i heard that jet skies are coming soon, i guess those are playermade? And the Gyro-copter, hella fun :) also found a cool heli i forgot the name of in Celle, makes an intense sound that was unbearable.

Running smoothly and looks like your having fun! Maybe you should add intro and an objective to make the viewers interested. Depending on wich userbase you want to interest.. I stopped watching after 1 minute, basically because id doesnt look appealing... think of it like a movie trailer.

hes talking about dayz via steam+commander. Not arma2+commander. dayz is so tiny. Just use commander dude. Click on all the updates let the, update and go to bed... wakey wakey... you dont have to start over again, your server saves your character.
