since u will be doing this (u already did it and theres no going back to the old ones as poll shows) remove the .50 cals as well due to them being OPed atm (bushcamping wiht ghille and 3rd person view) (L85 was mainly to counter this tactics)

if rocket is smart he wont release this on steam.. had so many problems with dayz and steam that i decided to get the retail key, never had any problems with the game after going to the retail version. as well my friend told me that games on steam vs same games retail: retail games perform faster and more stable than the same ones on steam

hope it works it just keeps loosing connection every 10 min if i dont start it from the play with six thing EDIT: still the same shit keep getting kicked for no reason, might go back to windows 7 lol -.- if only i could remember when this started happening -

good thing my six launcher doesnt want to start arma 2 with the latest beta + if i do it manually BE kicks me out after 10 min of play... anyway anyone knows how to run beta from the original .exe?, not from the one in the expansion/beta folder? -

Byrg apparently Rmod is allowing u to put some new vehicles on the server along with new weapons, so i believe that would refresh things up a bit heres a video of the server running Rmod: well u probably know that but for ppl that dont know what Rmod is. -

They were pretty lousy shots tho, at least got my head alive out of Cherno :D and after got picked up by some guys that had a chopper LOL Btw im JohnRambo ingame and im friendly so if anyone wants to team up we can arrange something. BTW when is server going back up? -

okay lets face it this is not a shooter game and ur character ingame is not a military character, hes a survivor, so in my opinion u shudnt be spawned with any gun or ammo, u shud go from 0. So this new feature is pretty awesome and very good job and idea from rocket. The only thing they cud ad is melee weapons, nothing else, everything else is perfect. Now ppl are going to think twice about going to big towns as well as bandits because now zombies can actually hear u and see u when walking close to them. So i say: painkillers, bandage, can of beans, water bottle (in case it spawns u in the woods in the middle of nowhere), flashlight and a melee weapon (optional), morphine maybe but well who keeps morphine in their house :D so basically like u left ur house and those are stuff that u cud take with u, and yes no backpack would be a good idea, but also i supposed u cud take that with urself

I can't access side channel on any server please help. I can only access group channel, direct channel or vehicle channel and while there noone can still see my msgs. i guess its the beta issue working fine in final version

I think all those stuff are due to servers sometimes either spawning too many zombies or not respawning loot and zombies. When that happens i get a small fps drop but nothing to render my game unplayable, but its really frustrating when theres no loot to find anywhere

- Zombies can run thru walls - Zombies can see and hear you thru walls and when you are on the top of the building (eg. hospital in elektro) - Floor swimming bug - Servers not re-spawning loot - Lag due to large amount of zombies, maybe limit the zombie re-spawn rate or when it hits 900 slowly reduce it to 700 and then increase it to 900 and do so over and over again - Loot still not spawning around the choppers (found 2 0 loot, only zombies) - Fainting bug (I re-spawned fainted had to wait around 2 min to wake up) - Still some players spawning in the sea - Suggestion to consider perma ban to ppl that put fencing inside the buildings so the loot is not accesible to anyone (something that would detect that, players selecting the fencing kit inside the house and placing it on the ground -> report to battleye as Client Not Responding error -> kick (at least). - Thunder bug (could see the lightening but couldn't hear it) - If servers were limited to 40 players I think everything would run way smoothly (again a suggestion) Anyway i think thats all if i find more ill bump this thread.

Okay I really love this mod and it would be the shame if ArmA devs stopped working on it for as long as there is ArmA games coming out. So so far in the game I love the idea, love the need for scavenging the stuff and love the zombies. But I have few suggestions that I think alot of players would agree with me. So here it goes: 1) First and the very urgent one: Make zombies a bit slower, in as many zombie movies there is, they all have broken legs (at least most of them), missing a leg or an arm or the whole lower body AND also if you watched the show The Walking Dead you would notice that some of them are really slow because the virus shuts down the brain and reactivates only the reflexes part (im from cro i dont know the technical term for that part of the brain). So yes slower zombies, and more realistic movement, after all they are undead beings fueled by reflexes :) but ofc there should be a slightly faster variants. 2) Make it possible that you could outrun the zombies or hide in the house (IF POSSIBLE), but in that case increase the number of zombies in town and in specific areas, also remove them from some key points, like places with a loot are always crawling with them, make it a bit easier for recently respawned players, not ALOT easier though, then the mod wud loose its magic. 3) More houses with the loot (IF POSSIBLE), or make specific buildings in a town that are going to hold specific items (pharmacy, sheriffs office, police station, fire station, hospital, supermarket - some are already included but some towns lack that, i spent almost 2 hours searching in 3 towns to find something and all i got was a 1911 with one magazine and some cans of soda). 4) Make antiobiotics and flashlight starting items. And increase temp regen in houses just so ppl dont respawn in the middle of the rain and then they die after 2 hours cuz of the cold and low temperature and lack of houses in the surroundings. 5) Zombies should be more deadly, but then they're supposed to be slower and dumber. Everything else in the game is perfect so far :) Love the temp idea buy as i said at least a pack of antibiotics for a start in case ppl respawn in the middle of the forest and with no houses around and its raining.
