crate on server found. will I get banned for using?

Found a crate with weapons and gear in it on US 3344 in the elektro school/office building. If i get some weapons from it will i be banned or no? -
guess im going to shove some gear into tents

Found a crate on US 3342. Has like 100 of each thing in there and 10 of each gun. Never seen one before im guessing it's not legit but went in got gear and left. Easy as pie since it was nighttime and low pop.
