    Before you go "you can't have chat" just hear me out please. I've been in a server where he talked with the group of people in the server over global chat, and I know how to chat to people as an admin, however, on that server I responded to him and replied back to my comment. I spent a few days looking on the forums, testing things on the server and looking over things like RCON and what not, but I cannot seem to find a way to see how he was able to see the chat. Maybe I over looked something, or maybe he changed some files around, I don't know. So is there any legit way to see it?
