the computer I listed is pretty cheap it just doesn't have windows on it you might be able to get a copy of windows somewhere for free if you tried hard enough (not saying download illegally but that's always an option) Just don't go with Windows 8 its terrible for PC gaming. always go windows 7. As for the integrated graphics, if it doesn't work out you could easily buy a card and stick it in and everything would run pretty smoothly.

As long as "Stamina" wont make us walk a painstakingly slow pace like in WARZ alright but if its like WARZ fuck that, I hate taking 2 hours to get 10 feet because the movement system is so fucked.

Look at the i5's then they are the bare minimum that can really run stuff or look into AMD stuff i dont really like AMd but you mgiht find something cheap that has decent processing specs made by them.

You need a computer with a powerful processor to play DayZ because the zombies have so many articulations points on them. thats what causes the game to lag when your processor cant handle them. Its like a 5 year old game so graphics card arent really a problem.

Listen man go with a i5 or a i7 you really need processing power for a game like Dayz

Uhh im playing on a 600 dollar rig with like quad the specs of what you posted lol If you want to play it good get this Anything with either i5 to and i7 I would strongly recommend a I7 get at least 4-6 gigs of RAM and as for a hard-dive that's not to important (to me anyways) Im on a AMD 6 core with 10 gigs of ram and a terabyte hard drive along with a standard graphics card and I run dayz great and didn't pay more than 600 for it so if you want to play it on a decent rig just get something along the lines of what i Have. PS whoever posted that 400 some dollar piece of i3 garbage is getting ripped off for how little it gives you.

Lol, there is no single player its a purley rogue experience. Bandits have turban like towels around their head kind of like a balclava Your going to want a headset if your going to hold someone up with your gun but you really dont need a mic and uhm For number 2 I use DayZ commander so idk about that one.

All of it sounds good but the "cinematic" moment thing will never be because rocket doesn't want to put any scripted things in the game like a zombie tackling you and you hitting some keys to get away.

In summary yes your character improving at something would be awesome, but it needs to be done in a real way that doesn't involve any type of "grinding" in my opinion

Your ideas are in the right place but were sent out to be perceived by other people the wrong way. Rocket wants to add in a type of skill system where the more you fix people the better your character gets, im guessing it would work like that in many ways like the more you shoot a gun and hit targets the better your character gets at shooting (possibly he recovers faster after running to make that shot at a bandit coming at you) either way leveling as you somewhat said isn't a popular idea but background advancements that are small are a big thing. I think it would be realistic that the more people you stitch up like a ameture surgeon the better you get at fixing those people up. making you an asset to peoples survival making you less likely to get killed in some rare situations.

Having a namalisk type map to the north would be freakin awsome.

I would love to see some balanced damage with the Makaraov and ESPECIALLY the revolver. a .45 ACP round would tear and mess up anything it hit so the fact that it does shit in Dayz is Bullshitz

as moving as this was lol, no forced teams of any sort should not be implemented, if you want a team in dayz you have to struggle to make friends in game which is very very hard. I joined a server and managed to save a handful of people and now i get help from then at any time i need it. the game is about not trusting people. if you want a different experience try helping people instead of murdering them.

So, anyone ever remember finding those Ammo Boxes in Barracks that have around 20 STANAG clips and 20 STANAG SD clips in them? I think it would be a nice feature to be able to pick those boxes up, have them take up about 3-4 slots and act kind of like a backpack. However you would have to set them down on the ground to take/put ammo out of them. make them hold around 40 peices of ammo of any kind but only ammo. Just an Idea I had.
