Yes I believe Its a 17+ game never the less, as long as your don't KOS everyone to hell then its fine. -

Love the idea, however I think it would be better that each server has a randomized seeded wreck like you spoke of. I would hate cherno looking different each time i entered it. No ones going to move that stuff around. So im thinking give it a randomized look on each server kind of like a map seed. Cherno's stuff moving around randomly wouldn't add very much realism. -

Instead of logging in and seeing the usual drull and "you are here" Upon fresh spawn your character should be unconscious with blurry vision and as you get up it will tell you where you are and then you go do what you want. Nothing big or game changing just make it seem like you washed up on shore or something so you can give yourself more of a back-story. -added- Make it force 1rst person until the sequence is over? Character is looking up at the sky with blurry vision, as vision unblurs and focuses you get up and go on your way.

ARMA 3 animations and such -
lol We dont wear helmets in the military because they look cool. Those helmets can allow you to survive a bullet to the head, noteably its not a bulletproof thing but it helps.
