Usually means the server is down, you can try setting your network to PPPoE in network settings and check your antivirus to make sure its functioning with Commander. Are you able to join other servers without issue? -
If your cheated BE will know, if you feel you were wrongfully banned you will need to create a ticket with BE support here http://www.battleye.com/support.html as no one on this forum can assist you with a global ban. Best of luck, Steak.

Install commander http://www.dayzcommander.com/ Go to the tab on the top right install/update. Go through and update your Beta version/Epoch version etc until all show matching with current builds. -

Sounds like Krutoy Cap (134,114) looking across Skal Proliv (134,117). Ill run down and get a screen shot. The only kicker is said lighthouse leaves you at either Drakon, Cap Golova or Kamenka. -
