With those checked its safe to say it should be working fine, if others dont respond by mic it could be a number of other causes. -

Launch Commander.Go to the filter where you type in server name.Type in your region i.e. US.Search and let the list populate.Look for servers that have public hive names i.e. US2543/US4543. Let me know if this makes sense. -
