To my most recent recollection, I have not seen any notes on character wipes for upcoming patches. This is subject to change obviously.

I think modding will be great, just make sure starting kits consist of AS-50 thermals and GUID tracked cars paid for in gold bars, can't go wrong.

Whilst a unique look at taking one to the cranial cavity, I think overall this is a touch complex to be in full support of. If something of this caliber were to be projected ingame, my hopes would be permanent damage until the character is killed off. Thus meaning, if one was to sustain such a blow, they would remain unable to fully function suffering from listed symptoms until they eventually retired and became swept ashore once again.

Could just be an admin server message from prior ban to your GUID. If you are getting this error message across all servers you will need to contact BE support here as that becomes out of our scope to operate on. Best of luck, Steak. -

I'm still running this through my head, ultimately I think Amber might be able to help. As a random thought, naturally I think its to do with connectivity/firewall something blocking but you can launch task mananger whilst the game is running, go to details and set priority. Place the Dayz on high priority. Are you sharing this network connection with anyone in the house? Also as a simple thought but I have not seen it have you tried multiple servers and have you reset your Modem/Router etc? -

Are you running anything with the game? Process of elimination, launch param's and a list of your anti-virus etc would help. -

Maybe the damage detection is not designed on the same scale as equivalent to its intended use at this point. -
