Completely agree, I played the dev version FTP of spin tires when it was a work in progress I'm unsure if it was the UAZ model but I instantly thought DayZ.

Did you simply copy the flies over to the new account rather than purchase on both? You can try running the set up utility however I would try just running as administrator first to see the response. -

My recommendation would be to go through here find one of the shards that is both close to you and appears to have a good overall community thats stable. Choose them and stick with it, if you dont like them more will pop up in the mean time.
