You can purchase through a selected GSP or run a dedicated server, either way you will be renting from someone. Just type dayz mod servers rental into google and numerous GSP's will pop up with varying prices per slot. Running through a GSP will be cheaper and involve less know how when putting together the server itself. However if you rent a dedi box you can run multiple servers off the same box if you wish to do so.
