So I've read a few posts about being taken hostage including my own encounter and seen plenty of videos. I think it would be interesting to throw in lockable jail cells for hostages. They would be placed as holding cells in different locations around the map including a dungeon type in devils castle. Include a key spawn. Keys spawn every week and could be found in broken down Law or Mil vehicles and or in the cell area. You could lock up whoever you took hostage or kidnapped. In turn those who have been captured would have to find a way out of the cell either by new key spawn or have a friend break them out with a an axe or crowbar. Hell you could lock your best friend up while joking around and leave the location. In addition if your feeling like an action hero you can choose a last break for freedom before entering causing injury or death.
