In the Arma series there is a common issue when one spawns either from death or into the server and controls can get stuck from whatever you were last pressing. I.e. I died trying to save a spinning helicopter and I spawn banking left on foot, the simple fix is to double tap the key direction in which your character is moving. However you said you have no keyboard control so it has me on the fence but you could always try this to see the outcome as pressing all your keys wont fix it unless its done correctly.

Moved to mod discussion. You are playing the mod, not sa two completely different beasts. Your inventory and spawn in items will vary unless you are playing vanilla DayZ Mod.

They know what they are working on, hence the dev team. If you wish to expedite issues you notice place a bug report and get it upvoted. If you search first you will most likely find a bug report already in place for your listed items, in which case upvote it to get attention.

Not sure if you mean the magnum or loader itself. The loader has to be removed to individually load the ammo. View the speedloader in the same light you would a magazine for a rifle. Imho its best to keep it on standbye within your inventory and manually reload the pistol unless you are in the weeds. If the speed loader is in your inventory and full you can simply press R to reload it into the empty 357.

You need bolts instead of arrows most likely.

Maybe have a setting which simply logs a timestamp in your .rpt for reporting? So one could type lets say /stamp when they have an issue to report. After playing they could back out and look into the .rpt log and copy/paste the highlighted section from the timestamp which would include world location. That way its not actually ingame but rather a solid form of reporting in the end :).

I think your suggested fixes would be better suited broken into the subforums where the Dev team interacts here. After reading the walls of text you will see majority of above suggested are already being looked over in some light. Lastly, the format in which you posted gives off flair that you wish these issues to be fixed specifically for SG maybe its merely the way I interpreted it. I'm sure there will always be tweaks around an event, but I'd envision priority would go to the games progression as a whole.
