Team Viewer him and see if the dayz_sfx.pbo in his folder is the same size as yours there has been errors with this in the past. If his is a different size then copy and replace your dayz_sfx.pbo with his current one then relaunch. If its happening to quite a few players on your server then its an issue you will need to fix server side as the above ^ is strictly for client side. -

The launcher itself is failing to open? Delete the files and try a fresh install http://www.dayzcommander.com/. Just read your edited first post I will PM you to fix. -

It should say "something went wrong, disconnect and try again" you will need your copy of OA installed. Go through the install/update section at the top right corner of commander main page. Update your dayz version and beta patch. -

Mayuyu, thank you for such wise words, Dr, kimble and I came from an era where you spawned with revolvers, helped each other against the elements and fought off to survive. We walked in storms 20 miles up hill both ways and a .50 cal was rare. If you saw a bloak you didn't know you would shake his hand with painkillers. Its these traditions that would bring back Dr. Kimble. -
