Based on the title, I envisioned a request with bobbing for apples animation.

Not sure about the others, but I had the rags/sticks issue I found if I hold W whilst crafting them it will complete the action. It works fine with bandages to sticks but for some reason the rags are touchy.

I'm confused and intrigued.

Interesting, close steam/your game and try going C:\Users\(Yourname)\AppData\Local\DayZ\ and delete the whole folder. Re launch steam as administrator and run a verification of game cache for DayZ and see if you can get in the server.

I don't forsee so as mods etc will be controlled all through the steam workshop so anything added can be downloaded in its simplest form. This would be the ease as opposed with A3 etc where one goes to armaholics and or specific hosted sites for launchers to servers.

To be fair, I would not call it combat as much as I would call it the scene out of a horror movie. I'd just settled my toes into the mod with a good friend and it was getting late so he decided to log out. Figuring beyond good judgement, I stuck to lower population servers for my first few days to get the feel of the mod. I took a deep breath and checked the server list, six deep and I had but a few hours of nightime left prior to the sun's arrival and what I would only assume would mean more population to slay me. Non the wiser I legged it with a compass, canteen and axe to NEAF, hoping I could locate some of the unknown treasures that lay before me. Beaten and a touch lost I finally located the airstrip thus feeling accomplished and slammed my canteen as a reward. Hydrated and primed it was time for a cautious evalutation. I conducted two full exterior sweeps with no visual movement under the moons crest and pounded asphalt until I reached the first hanger. Locating a few high tier items with nothing but a coyote patrol pack (hardly any slots) I thought now would be the best time to get out whilst I still had my head about me, but curiosity killed this cat. I legged it abroad the ATC to check for items I could possibly exchange with a few zeds in tow and put them down like the assassin I felt I was via axe mark. Heart pounding and the volume maxed as an infamous soundtrack filled my ears looping its grip to peak my paranoia, I smooth criminal'd back down the stairs of said ATC. Approaching the exit things became malevolently clear as a thunderstorm flew over, my headset vibrating like a hooker in church whilst a UH-1H Huey slams down exterior the ATC to refuel. Fook me!!! I whispered to myself as I froze in the doorway. Direct chatter began to fill my headset One Jerry Fueling. Roger, touch off in 3. I gripped my axe and wiped the sweat from my brow, keep calm. A flare kicks off lighting up the entire traffic tower like a chinese new year and I break for it. As I meet the corner I find three guards, one fuel man and a pilot sitting back as if he is smoking a fine cigar. A timid deer in the headlamps I freeze and scramble for direct chat whilst the barrel chested men stare me down, its to late.. The three oxen don rifles and feather me into the soil and I wash ashore in Kamenka shaking like a new born. Post the occurrence it took me a week to return to the NEAF.

I highly suggest taking a read through here. Things have improved vastly and are just getting better imho. The upcoming sneak peaks and dev snip its just shine the hardwork being put through.

Are you still running your setup from this post or have you upgraded? Might be the issue if so.

Servers are running well, if your a hardcore player feel free to come over to the EU server all welcome.

Its a must see, I've actually been living the simple life up north moving east to west on the main highway and found it quite enjoying just looting around by myself.

It's most definitely a spot worth a gander based simply on the architecture. You will find police/mil gear there depending on the server and if its been hit prior. I've had mixed results with visits, sometimes there are some really geared folks hanging around looking to spike a shot, other times I have found random players and just looted along side them.

Which file is being labeled too short? Please list the error as worded. In my guess its a corrupt data file so I would delete said file which is too short then run a verification of cache to remedy. Report back, Steak.

Come across 4 wanderers so far looking for a V3S, gave them the one I had for a nice hard hat so I fit my profile well.

Did you check to ensure your not jumping between servers which would host separate characters? Also did you wait a minute+ before relogging so your character does not get wiped?

Well I suppose its depends on how much one is stuck as I was unable to see a screenshot of his current situation. Majority of the time you can vault, crawl and push your way out of stuck situations but in some random cases it might not work so you need outside tools to move a character. This commonly used to be handled on Mod and Arma servers with server admins moving the players but with SA, the admins do not have the access to do such things, hence why a ticket is submitted and the DayZ gods move you ;).
