Yes M4A3 CCO Camo Has a flashlight. On the other note there are no variants in dayz that have a PEQ-2 (Laser) attachment. -

I agree with Se7en, http://www.dayzcommander.com/ use commander as it designed strictly for all your dayz needs. As for Beta you will find it in dayz commanders install/update section located at the top right corner of the page. -
